At the American Airlines CR Smith Museum, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We are committed to the following measures to ensure that your visit with us is a safe one:

  • Reduced capacity.
  • Applying best practices in cleanliness and sanitizing.
  • Ensuring hand sanitizer and hand-washing stations are available to staff, volunteers and visitors.
  • Adhering to stringent safety protocols and screenings for Museum staff.

We will require all staff, volunteers and visitors to:

  • Wear a face covering over your nose and mouth.
  • Use the provided stylus on touchscreens.
  • Maintain social distancing between themselves and others.
  • Check for symptoms regularly and stay home if they feel unwell.

To get ready for your visit, full details on everything we are doing can be found below.

Your health is important to us. Just as our team continues to follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance on staying healthy, we encourage you to do so, too. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home.

All visitors, including American Airlines team members, are required to secure an admission ticket from the Museum Store. For a limited time, admission to the Museum will be on a pay what you feel basis. When you check in, you will be asked how much you would like to pay for admission.

American Airlines team members and their D2s have always enjoyed free admission to the Museum. You are welcome to make a donation to support the Museum.
